Our user asked: "i am having a hard time getting stronger from achiles tendonitis, my ankle area flares up a lot, i have been doing therapy for 3 months and get a lot of shooting pain, so you think i have there are moire things involved?"

Ask a PT Response: "What do your MD and PT think is going on? After 3 months of therapy you should see some improvement. If not, the healthcare professionals who you are working with may need to consider other alternatives, ie. immobilization, prolotherapy, etc. It would probably be best for you to have further discussion with them."
