Just wondering if other physical therapists out there do alot of plyometric training once their ACL patients are ready for it. Also wanted get some additional treatment ideals. ie. jumping onto a box of different heights, hopping, ball touches, jumping using ladder

Yes, I do have my patients who have undergone ACL reconstruction and are athletes perform plyometrics. These types of exercises are performed towards the end of rehab in order to assist the athlete in returning to sport. Your treatment ideas sound good for plyometric training. I would also add bounding and power skipping. Bounding exercises are exercises where one takes off on one foot and lands on the other foot (e.g. alternate leg bounding). Bounds are usually done for distance.
