Our user asekd: "So Recently i have hip problems and my Hips keeps popping out and i have seem to lose muscle in my hip do you know what could be wrong? My hip keeps flaring and i have a feeling i have scar tissue."

Ask a PT: "It sounds like you might have hip dysplasia. http://www.hipdysplasia.org/Adult-Hip-Dysplasia/default.aspx - http://www.hipdysplasia.org/Adult-Hip-Dysplasia/default.aspx Your hip is a ball and scoket joint. With dysplasia the hip joint is not conformed optimally which could result in dislocation of the hip. It would probably be a good idea to see an orthopedic surgeon to determine if this is the case or if you could have another issue going on."
