I have to say aquatic exercise was a god send when I was first getting over my severe attack last year.
It really helped strengthed my muscles up to the point where I could walk about unaided, though I do still use a stick when going for a walk over longer distances. The warmer the water the better, though I didnt get much say in that as our aqua robics were held in the local swimming pool, not a special pool solely used for that purpose. |
