Ankle AROM Dorsiflexion/Plantarflexion - Video 03a & 03b

 

Dorsiflexion/Plantarflexion- With leg relaxed, gently flex and extend ankle up and down. Move through the full range of motion while avoiding pain. Repeat 10x’s. Do 2-3 sets.

 

AROM = Active Range of Motion
