Cervical AROM - Video 42

 

Flexion - Bend your head forward slowly. Hold 3 sec. Repeat 10x’s.

Extension - Bend you head backward slowly. Hold 3 sec. Repeat 10 x’s.

Side Bend - Slowly bend your head towards one shoulder and then the other. Hold 3 sec. Repeat 10x’s.

Rotation - Slowly turn your head to look over one shoulder and then the other. Hold 3 sec. Repeat 10x’s
