Standing Resisted Hip Adduction - Video Z10

 

Anchor the tubing down on one end so that it is close to the floor and tie the tubing around the ankle on the other end. Then face in the direction which is parallel to the tubing that is anchored. The leg which has the tubing tied to it should be closest to the anchor site. Slowly bring this leg across your body keeping your knee straight. Repeat 10x’s. Do 2-3 sets.
