Supine Curl Ups on Ball - Video Z29

 

Sitting in an upright position on a ball, slowly lower your body down by walking your legs out to a distance where your shoulder blades touch the ball. Then walk yourself back up slowly into an upright position by utilizing your legs and contracting your stomach muscles. Repeat 10x’s. Do 2-3 sets.
