Supine Alternating Leg Lifts on Ball - Video Z30
Sitting in an upright position on a ball, slowly lower your body down by walking your legs out to a distance where your shoulder blades touch the ball. In this position proceed to lift one leg up keeping this leg and your back straight. Hold 3 sec. Repeat with other leg. Repeat 10x’s for both legs. Do 2-3 sets. |
