Standing Resisted Terminal Knee Extension - Video Z7
Anchor the tubing down on one end and tie the tubing around the thigh just above the knee joint on the other end. Then face in the direction where the tubing is anchored with your knee slightly bent. Slowly straighten your knee back. Be careful not to overextend the knee. Hold 5 sec. Repeat 10x’s. Do 2-3 sets. |
